1. Who we are

BigPool Rooms is operated by Vrois AI LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, of 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom ("BigPool", "we", "us"). You can reach us at partners@bigpool.app.

2. What you are buying

A package gives your business or community ("you") a branded room inside BigPool. The packages and what each includes are described on our pricing section:

• Founding Room, US$1,999 one time: a permanent branded room with your name, logo, colours and links, a verified badge, and a guest play link for your community.
• Arena, US$4,999 one time: everything in Founding Room, plus a branded table and arena and one sponsored, live-streamed creator match played in your room.
• Partner, priced by written quote: a custom campaign scoped and agreed with you in writing before any payment.

Packages are business sponsorships and advertising placements. They do not include any game currency, credits or prizes, and nothing you buy can be used for wagering.

3. Price and payment

Prices are in US dollars and are charged once at checkout. There is no subscription and no renewal. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Any taxes required by law are shown at checkout.

4. Delivery

After payment we ask for your logo, colours and links. Your room is ready for a private preview within two working days of receiving them. Your room goes public only after you approve the preview.

For the Arena package we agree the date and creator for your creator night with you in writing. If the creator cannot attend, we offer a new date or an equivalent creator, and you choose. We do not guarantee any particular audience size or number of players.

5. Your brand content

You confirm that you own or are licensed to use everything you send us, and you give us permission to display it in your room and in promotion of your room for as long as it is live. We may decline or remove content that is unlawful, misleading, infringes someone else's rights, or promotes gambling, adult content, weapons, drugs or financial products. If we decline your content we work with you on a replacement, and if none is acceptable we refund you under our refund policy.

6. How long your room lasts

"For life" means your room, branding and founding badge stay live for as long as BigPool operates the platform, with no renewal fee. If we ever close the platform, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email.

7. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Liability

Our total liability to you for any package is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost business. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms for future purchases; the version in force when you paid applies to your package. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
